On June 6, an important event took place at two venues in Khabarovsk and Moscow, organized with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, the Government of Khabarovsk Krai and the Association of Anti-Corruption Experts "Expertise" - the Second International Forum "Anticorruption: Challenges and Solutions".

Nikita TUCHUCHEV, Deputy Director of the Department of Project Activities and State Policy in the Sphere of State and Municipal Service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation,
Elina SIDORENKO, CEO of the ANO “Platform for Working with Entrepreneurs’ Appeals” (platform “ZaBusiness.RF”), member of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights.
The forum participants, heads of HR departments of the Far East regions, heads of anti-corruption departments of large business companies were interested in the reports of foreign participants. Lucas TAUFER, Master of Philosophy, PhD candidate at the University of Caxias do Sul (Brazil) presented a report on the topic: Business Ethics, Corporate Responsibility and the Fight against Corruption: Sustainable Development Prospects from Brazil.
Harshad POOJARI, Lecturer, Faculty of Law, Bharati Vidyapith University, Pune (India) in his speech raised the issue of Indian anti-corruption laws and protection of whistleblowers.
Andrés SUARÉS, Professor of the Department of Organizational Development at the Metropolitan Technical University UTEM, Santiago (Chile), spoke in detail about the topic: Fight against corruption, compliance with norms and principles of business ethics in Latin America.
Eduard IVANOV, Head of Research and Analytics at the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA), researched the topic: The Role of International Standards and Guidelines for Compliance with Anti-Corruption Legislation in the Implementation of Effective Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs.
Ildar INELEEV, head of the management systems certification body "CERT International", chief auditor for ISO 37001, presented an overview of the New Edition of the ISO 37001:2025 standard.
Anastasia LYADSKAYA, Director of the Association for Sustainable Development of Industry, member of the Presidium of the Association of Anti-Corruption Experts "Expertise", member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation for the Development of Anti-Corruption Compliance and Business Ethics, presented a Checklist for self-assessment of companies' compliance with the requirements of the National Standard for the Prevention of Corruption in Private Sector Organizations.
Of particular interest to the participants were the reports by representatives of anti-corruption departments of large Russian companies, such as Russian Railways, KAMAZ, Sberbank, SIBUR, Moscow Exchange and a number of others.
The vice-president of the International Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, member of the Primorsky branch of the Union of Lawyers of Russia, E.A. Rusetsky, and representatives of the Association of the Congress of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of the Asia-Pacific Region took part in the work of the forum at the Khabarovsk site and in the discussion of the topics included in its agenda.
Ideas and opinions on new approaches in the field of business integrity, as well as on the implementation of ethical norms and standards in practice, became the basis for constructive dialogue at the forum.
The exchange of experiences and best practices in preventing corruption in the private sector allowed for a deeper understanding of existing challenges and opportunities.
